The Ford

The home was lovely as was the setting, quiet and peaceful. The linens were new and the house was clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Here are some things you might want to consider for improvement:When turning on water, it turned brown for a few moments, then went clear.The drain in the master shower did not drain properly, very slow, so we had to take very quick showers so water would not run out of the shower area.You might want to consider a window covering for the main floor bathroom for privacy.The pellet stove would not light on its own. The hopper filled with pellets (too many and overflowed), and the fan turned on, but the igniter never worked.Communicating these issues with the property manager (Aimee) was excellent. She was very helpful and responsive, even though we weren't able to fix all the issues during our stay.Otherwise, we totally enjoyed our stay.
